The larger of the two cottages is a self-contained two bedroom unit. Once
again, there are some substantial changes being made to the interior
layout in order to maximise the use of the space.
On the ground floor there will be a sitting room, combined kitchen/dining
area and a large bathroom and laundry. New doors are being opened-up
to the right of the present entrance. These will lead from the
kitchen/dining area and immediately outside will be a tiled patio with pergola
for dining.
On the first floor there will be two double bedrooms, both with en-suite
bathrooms. One bedroom will have a separate dressing room.
