Three weeks since the last update, we now have mains water connected
and doors, windows and radiators fitted into the cottage. The main house
has had all wooden beams sandblasted and doors into the upper
bathrooms have been relocated for improved access.

The trench running down the drive from the
new meter house to the cisterna has been
filled in. We have also now decided to leave
the drive entrance where it is - instead of
moving it further down the road and in
through the laurel hedge. This means the
car park will be confined to the area on the
right of the drive - which you can see in the
photograph to the left.
