Please note that when a booking has been confirmed for any one of the three buildings at Mazzaforte,
this page; "Availability and Pricing: Total Property 2013", will automatically appear as booked as well. To

NB. A 'week' is from Saturday to Saturday, with arrival time between
4pm and 7pm and departure time between 9.30am and 10.30am.

- The 'Total Property' is for a maximum of 14 people in 7 double
bedrooms. - The 'Casa' is for a maximum of 8 people in 2 double bedrooms,
2 twins. Two extra single beds can be made available in one
top-floor bedroom by arrangement. - 'Casa Verde' is for a maximum of 4 people in 2 bedrooms, one
double, one twin. - 'L'Essicatoio' is for a maximum of 2 people in 1 double
bedroom.
What is included?
- The weekly rental of the property (incl. all taxes)
- Electricity, up to a maximum 330KWH per week (whole
property - each building pro rata) - Gas for cooking and hot water
- Normal use of water and hot water
- Weekly change of house linen and towels
- Cleaning; 4 hours per week and final clean on departure
- Garden and Pool maintenance (once per week)
- Broadband access to the internet
- Wood for the fireplaces in Casa Mazzaforte
What is not included?
- Extra maid service. If required, this can be arranged
- Telephone
- Central heating. Estimates can be given at time of booking and
the final actual cost based on consumption paid in cash to the
key holder/owner on departure
